Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and introducing the AVANTI E-training System through various channels, including phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings. You will play a key role in driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for business development? This is your opportunity to excel! Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential business prospects, focusing on decision-makers responsible for training compliance.
- Initiate contact and deliver compelling presentations of our web-based training platform, both virtually and in person.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Maintain exceptional service standards for existing customers, responding promptly to requests for information, quotations, and demonstrations.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads and actively maintain detailed records of all sales activities.
- Participate in sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional functions.
Qualifications:
- B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing sales with a strategic approach.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, emphasizing professionalism and service orientation.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a charismatic, positive attitude and a proven track record of establishing and nurturing business relationships.
- Training Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace training requirements and the ability to propose tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Technical Proficiency: This position, nor our product, requires specific technical knowledge or skills beyond effective use of internet and web browsers and devices. However, having strong familiarity with web-based business and/or training applications could be a valuable asset.
